Service Policies

The Pandits listed on our platform are verified professionals. However, final booking availability, timing, and service nuances are subject to confirmation.

Cancellations \u0026 Refunds

Cancellations must be made within the stipulated timeframe. Processing of refunds is subject to our detailed cancellation policy and backend verification.

Liability \u0026 Performance

We are only responsible for the fees or charges for the pandit. If the pandit is not able to reach the location for any reason, we will refund the fees and will not be responsible for any other costs the customer may incur for the puja or for any inconveniences. We are only responsible for the fees collected from the customer and no other expenses of any nature at all.
